About Me
Born and raised in Washington, DC. I began my interest in art early in life, to be precise kindergarten. I was fortunate to have teachers see my talent early, and enter my name in a contest with the Smithsonian Institution. Again, I was honored to be 1 of 5 winners, to study and learn about the the great art masters early in life. This experience help set the tone for my life today. Art always have, and will always be a center piece in my life.
The Portraits Collection
Portraits in Sound, Portraits in Dance, and Portraits in History, are many years of subject matters that I have always wanting to explore.
- Portraits in Sound is a collection of art focused simply on the power, of music, and how music celebrates, and inspires the human spirit.
- Portraits in Dance is a collection of art, showcasing the power, and beauty of dance.
- Portraits in History showcases people of color during a time when all they had was faith, and hope. It also represents the power of never giving up and having the power, endurance, and strength to overcome. This series also represents the real power of the human spirit.
In final, I hope my art can inspire, encourage, and give hope, and help all of us understand the true gift we have called life.
